Delivery Information

Although our deliveries are normally as scheduled, they can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We use 3rd party couriers with a tail-lift and pump truck, for bulk pallet deliveries, and a suitable courier for non-pallet small orders.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us if there are any access problems.
Please be aware, for bulk pallet deliveries, only kerbside drop or to the nearest hard surface, is available.

A re-delivery charge will be applicable if no-one is present to sign for the delivery, this can be avoided if a prearranged unsigned delivery has been agreed.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of order and we will replace breakages that have occurred during transportation.

We cannot accept returns of excess product or leftovers.
